Father Gabriel, the newest character introduced on AMC’s The Walking Dead, is a bit of a puzzle. After everything we saw in Episode 502: Strangers, what do you think of Father Gabriel in the show? Friend or foe? Or something inbetween?

Yeah, I trust him. I always dig people with a weird, awkward sense of humor.
I voted “No”. Not necessarily because of the shady thing with the girl in the glasses but because TWD has taught me not to trust anyone…not at first!
I’m with Carl. He may have done something bad, but that doesn’t mean he’s a bad person.
I trust Gabe 100%. But that’s only because I have a feeling they won’t be deviating his character too much, or at all.
He is hiding something for sure…the picture of the girl and the woman zombie in the basement are connected….he has sinned….

Good or bad, I dig the actor. Good job on casting.
I said maybe. I know…noncommittal. I expected them to follow the comic but with the girl and the picture I’m wondering if there’s something else. Maybe she was just a member of his church though.
Agree with jmoore. Loving the cast this season, with a small exception. Kinda wish they gave the “tainted meat” line to someone who could make me passionately tear up like Dale did in the comics, but maybe Bob will surprise. Looking forward to who will play Negan, but also dreading the fact that we wont get to hear the classic fucking fuckity fuck out of him. Fuck is as much a part of Negan as is Lucille.
I hope we get some more character development for Gabe in the show. He’s been with the crew for a couple years in the comic and I still see him as the ass hole who tattled on Rick to Douglas. What is he good for? Maybe in the show Eugene will be more convincing about the non-existence of god than he was in the book, and maybe we”ll get some Ellis Carver outa this guy.
Yes it a give away someing off about him rick no it
